I used this company in July 2010 to get from Norzagary FVR station (near SanPol Market). Yes it is a standard bus, not air conditionned. But the aircon bus you can't see out the window easily (they keep the curtains closed, or the windows are tinted or it's impossible to see) but the open buses are great to see out (as long as its not raining). We went from FVR to Cubao, transferred immediately to another bus to go to Tarlac. I was really surprised that the same company took us the whole way, and the transfer in Cubao (Quezon City) was simple. The conductors on both buses were so happy to help me, a big fat Canadian man, even though they didn't speak English, they did a great job.

Santrans figured in a road mishap today. The driver was apparently speeding and tried to race against another bus and smacked into an oncoming jeepney. Bus driver fled. Avoid this bus company if you can,
