Dont ever ride on this bus when your planning to go to laoag.my experience choosing this one is very bad(let me enumerate these flaws)
    1.terminal/ticketing office
-there were as i remember 4 windows but only one is functioning.
-by the time u will go in the line as first time passengers u will think youll pay for the fee and wait for the departure time but NO u will go in the line to get a number slip then after ages waiting which took me and my friend 3 hrs thats the time to go back and pay for the ticket fee.then another 1 1/2 hr before the bus takes off.i mean considering the number of peOple there waiting it was jam packed and all of us were stucked there.there were lots of their bus parked in there i dont know what these people are doing running a business or what???!!!Another one is the TV above the window where the ticketing office is .was put to the highest volume and those in charge doesnt mind if they cannot obviously hear that everyone’s shouting i mean thyre not customer friendly.
2.ON THE ROAD-as we were told by a friend that traveling time to laoag is 10 hrs.but my GOD it took us 15 hrs to get there.we were so pissed of.
    – there were more or less 10 stopover and each prob lasted like 30 mins.as my friend observed it was mostly in the drivers bladder concern or something.there was one time we noticed the stopover was every hour.

This was not the experience we were expecting,me and my friend decided to transfer bus when we go back to manila luckily we rode florida transit it was so comfortable their terminal was small but organized and travel time 10 hrs 30 mins.3 nice pasalubong style stopover which i was expecting considering i still have some missing pasalubong i need to buy.the bus we rode has its own toilet inside it was clean.just enough for what we ve paid for.i would recommend this one.they say the other bus transit (farinas is also good, net tym will try this one)
I hope that partas company will do something about these flaws i mean if you want tons of customers then do something about these problems.fixing these baby problems will do better for everyone.

Partas bus is a good transportation most especially in northern luzon. However, I have a bad experience when I traveled from Baguio to San Fernando City, La Union on September 23, 2012, at about 7:00 in the evening, the bus departed from Baguio City. Along the way, I noticed that the driver was driving very fast going down to San Fernando City, La Union, wherein the passengers were all nervous. Despite of the zigzag road, the driver still accelerated his speed. As a result, many passengers were vomiting.

The partas driver forgot his duties and responsibilities to his passengers. that he should maintain order and discipline while driving in a safe and appropriate manner, because driving in an unsafe manner may result in injury of his passengers or even the loss of life, hence, we know that several accidents happened along naguilian road. The driver should ensure safety and comfort to his passengers at all times. I remember, one of the passengers commented while going down the bus, and I quote ” Ang bilis mo naman magpatakbo”, the driver responded in a arrogant manner, “mabagal panga eh”. Drivers should treat their passengers in a courteous and respectful manner.

Because of this trauma, may I suggest to the management of Partas to discipline your drivers who are driving recklessly. The bus number of this Partas is 232 as indicated in my ticket. Your immediate action in this matter will save you company from embarrassment but most all will save the lives of people whom you are serving. More power and God Bless.

I was so disappointed w/ partas Vigan going to Laoag. Feb. 26, 2013 around 10am. We were given a number, I got #12 but we were not given a seat because of “palakasan System”. The dispatcher allowed those w/ no number /latecomers to ride the bus ahead of us who came very early. I will not recommend partas to other travellers. Partas does not also give seat to PWD and senior citizen. There are many buses going to Laoag I will ride other buses next time.
