Hi Eneri,
Philtranco leaves from right outside the door of Clark Airport. It was a bit pricey at 700 pesos to Pasay, but the most convenient by far.

Hi Ryan, Thanks...oh ya, I have checked from other websites about the bus fare or taxi fare from Clark Aiport yet I am in doubt if the information about the fare is updated...for your information we will be heading for Pasay city from Clark Airport. Maybe you have the
best tips for us. I really appreciate it. Thanks once again.

Hi Eneri,

Things are back to normal in Metro Manila.Weather is usually cool around early mornings, then sunny during midday with some scattered clouds and rainshowers (nothing to worry about though). Check out our 24 hours in Manila guide to maximize your trip to Manila! Welcome to the Philippines! Mabuhay!

Hi Ethel,

Manila is back to normal. The roads from Manila to most places to the north is okay as we have checked last weekend. Marikina announced that it has finished cleanup few weeks ago. There are still people still in some evacuation centres though, especially for families on the coastal towns around Laguna de Bay because the lake is still swollen although there are not much of rain lately so that should help it subside to its normal level..

Hi Zoya,

Makati (where Dusit Hotel is located)is virtually free from floods, the waters have receded quickly on the same day the flood happened (Sept. 26) and you wouldn't know the difference at all. Of course the situation is still bad northeast of Metro Manila (1-2 hours away from Makati), in the province of Rizal as well as the coastal towns around the Laguna de Bay (Laguna Lake). If his conference is confined within the immediate vicinity of Dusit Hotel, your MD should be fine.

Hope this helps!

My MD is supposed to be travelling to Manila at the end of October for a conference. He will be staying at the Dusit Hotel. Could you please let me know if it's safe in terms of the flooding or whether I should advise him not to go.
