Last night around 7:30pm, I took the bus at ES-Cubao terminal. I seated beside a girl who is wearing a sweater with hood. I assumed that any other ES bus units, that that particular bus is malamig, but my assumption is wrong. I asked the bus conductor silently if "mahina ba ang aircon niyo", he checked the aircon near me and told his driver "pre, lakasan mo daw aircon mo". The driver said in loud voice "sabihin mo sa kanya itutok niya sa ulo nia". I was disappointed of the way the driver reacted, not a good customer service I may say. I have been a regular passenger of ES, but I am shocked I got that kind of driver's attitude the very first time. During the trip, I was thinking of how can I get the attention of the impolite driver, but I managed to control myself. I also observed how he drive along EDSA & NLEX, a bit careless I may say. At the toll exit, luckily the bus inspector hopped inside the bus and stood beside me. So I told him what I experienced and the bus inspector said he will.

Bus No. 47029 (mejo old bus na, but no reason for the driver to behave like that. He can simply say a word na hindi bastos especially sa mga passengers, regardless of looks/age, etc. A passenger is a passenger, treat them nicely.

I hope this serves as a lesson. Thanks!

Dear Management,

Every week-end me and my sister and my two working hear at Pasig visited our parents and our relatives in the province (San Rafael, Bulacan). We enjoy riding and the service of your company. The driver and KONDOKTOR are very accommodating but unfortunately, April 18, 2011 around 8:30pm after I visited my family in the province, I ride one of your bus to travel from Sampaloc, San Rafael, Bulacan to Cubao, QC bus number 961. So after I received ticket kilometer post number from 055 to 006 amounting to P81.00, unfortunately I have no exact amount so I gave him P500.00 cost (that's all I have). This were all his statement,
WALA KABANG MASMALAKI PA DITO (NAKASIBANGOT NA SYA THIS TIME)
I responds: pasensya na wala po
GRABE KHIT PISO WALA KA
UUBUSIN MO PALA BARYA KO, (GALIT N SYA )
I said : Sir kasalanan ko p po b yun?
PADABOG NYANG INABOT SUKLI KO PAILING ILING PA PO SABAY TALIKOD

Is this the right way of communication to the passenger?

Hoping for your immidiate action

Unfortunately, I ask us the name of the KONDUKTOR pero di ko sya maintindihan, to avoid commotion di nko nkipagtalo, I think in the information above, malalaman nyo n po kung sino po yung barubal na KONDOKTOR

Thank you,
Bong

just tonight, january 22, 2011, along edsa, at around 8:30 pm, an ES Transport Bus with body number 47075, going to balintawak area from roosevelt avenue, swerved to the left, cutting 3 lanes, UNMINDFUL of the vehicles on the driver's left lanes, almost hit our vehicle, even if we were honking, still continued in swerving.

this driver is an example of DISCOURTEOUS DRIVER, a CRIMINAL-IN-WAITING!!!

sooner, an ACCIDENT is bound to happen with this DRIVER at the wheels of the bus...

on our way home last jan. 21, 2010 at around 8:00 pm, we were nearing marilao exit NLEX, we were at the second lane from the overtaking lane, we were doing 80 km/p when all of a sudden one of your bus (ES Transit) which fortunately i was able to get hold of the bus body no., made a very sharp, very close cut through our lane ( probably about 2-3 feet from our vehicle) because it seems that the driver is racing another bus. It was so fortunate that i was able to swerve to the other lane just to prevent us from colliding with your bus, fortunately, as well, the other vehicle( tamaraw fx) next to our vehicle was so fortunate that the driver managed to stir his vehicle away from us but i can see he probably made 4-5 swerves before he regained control and managed to make an emergency stop. Instead of checking whether we were ok, the driver of the bus didn't even care, and scrammed.I really hope the ES Transit management will do something about this. precious lives are at stake here.
