there is no customer service in Dalin Bus. many of it’s passengers sometimes loosing there bags. but the Dalin company did not give any comment. And also the time Management.. Wala sila nun. the time of dispatching of Dalin Bus 9pm but it will go on 9:45pm. san ba ako pwede mag sumbong na kumpanya para mag reklamo.

According sa condoktor na naka-usap ng parents ko from (Isabela) Jan. 23, 2011 is the said date w/c the condoktor of Bus No. 999 had already dispatch the said padala from their Cubao terminal, but when i got to their terminal last night, wala daw dun at ang sabi baka nasa kabilang terminal nila sa Sampaloc. According to my couz twice na sya bumalik sa 2 terminal to check the said padala pero still no development at all. Me and my couz decided na i-let go nalang tong’ incident na to kc sakaling ma-claim namin yung padala eh panis na po yun dahil mga pagkain at may 3 office pantalon din. Hope ma-aksyonan to kc its totally unfair in our part. Good luck sa company nyo…

BVU222 Dalin Liner bus almost killed us a while ago!

We were cruising downhill along Maharlika Hiway just after Diadi, N.V. en route to Manila, when this maniac carelessly overtook 2 trailer trucks while on an uphill slope. We immediately swerved to the right and hoped that this bus will stop but it did not . . . so we just waited for it to hit us. Fortunately, it missed our car with just inches to spare.

  4. my daughter made a reservation for two seats yesterday (5-15-11). The one seat was cancelled this morning (5-16-11) coz her clasmate cant make it. She’s at the terminal 30 minutes before the departure but her seat was already occupied. sabi sa kanya, wala na raw silang magagawa. My daughetr have to take the center seat at kawawa sya dahil dalaga pa naman at magsacrifice for 14 hrs until aparri. Dalin is a very big company, but policies are not followed. They have to wait kung d na sana darating ang pasenger before ofering it to other pasenger. The management should not just hire employees without orienting on how to offer the best service to their customer. di lang ang anak ko ang ngcomplain nito. Imagine, she will pay the exact fare pero nakaupo sa center sit instead sa No. seat 9. Hope, you will check this practice. Am a public servant(Asst. Mun. Treasurer of Aparri), and clients are always our priority and be always given the best service. Its a two way process. better service = more income.
