mostly night trips though there are at least 1 that travels during the day.

the night trips depart at 6:30pm in Daraga, Albay

drivers and conductors are nice and the company makes it a point that they wear black bow ties and vest to make them stand out from the rest (white glove treatment).

  2. jobel sierz says:

effeciency hopitality and punctuality +safety would make them always the top most rated tourist bus in luzon.keep it up CAGSAWA TOURS INC

  3. melissa rendor says:

the best bus company in bicol region specifically clean, accomodating crew “drivers”, clean stopover restaurants, on time depature and arrival, secured luggages with number tags alloted for each passenger and a very safe trip proven and tested….

  4. Jun Nicerio says:

I strongly agree, Cagsawa Tours is the most safest and clean bus company in the Bicol region with hospitable drivers and comfortable cabin specialy the Royale Elite Class, im frequent traveler in Bicol and prefered this Bus, but just one comment though, Reservation staff in Araneta Center terminal are mostly not accomodating and snobish Hope Cagsawa Management can look into this..

  5. cherry borlagdan says:

really the best bus company in bicol region but those men at ur ticketing office in cubao are ruining ur companys good reputation for most of the time they are so arrogant and not that approachable to customers…i was suppose to buy my ticket last week but decided to go on to another bus line for i was not really happy and satisfied on how my inquiry was answered

  6. Jaziel Arrogante says:

Indeed, the best bus company in bicol region….i must agree that Reservation staff in Araneta Center terminal are mostly unkind and so impatient to answer queries…i guess they do need training for “Proper handling and Customer Service”…

  7. ronald leaño says:

Really, the staff in cubao booking office are arrogant and very impatient, same with the lady in Daraga Bookong outlet. But i must admit Cagsawa buses are the best.

  8. Architect's Feedback says:

I strongly agree to the comments above. The management of Cagsawa Tours should do something to train these people for proper handling of customers.

  9. M Binas says:

I agree with you all at some good points. But had a bad experience with Cagsawa sometime in 2009. Bought a day trip ticket to Tabaco but driver upon noticing that i was the lone passenger to tabaco decided to terminate his trip to Legaspi instead. That was so unprofessional. They reasoned out that they were already delayed and many of passengers in Legaspi are waiting impatiently for their trip to manila utilizing the same bus. I partly understood so I agreed to terminate my trip to Legazpi but had to provide me a Filcab at their expense(of course).

Yes indeed, Cagsawa Tour Bus one of the best in town. Driver and Condoctor neat looking gentlemen. Clean Bus, confy. My experience last May 20,2011 it’s holly week. We’re just lucky on that day 2 Pax cancelled their trip at Cubao Terminal 8:00am so we made it to Tabaco Albay. Our journey take 14 hours due to those procesion in Queson Province evey town that we passed by there is one of those, good food every stop, i like the most gotto and shopao.. Anyway, I enjoy the travel eventhough that’s my first long hours travel by land. Fisrt time in Albay or Bicol, now I share my land travel back here my home country in north america….I’m looking forward to do it again…

I’m saddened of what I’ve read about Cagsawa bus tour personnel manning the Ali Mall ticketing office.

We are planning to take a trip to the Mayon Volcano National Park and this morning I took a side trip to have a first hand look the situation at the Ali Mall Bus terminal. I lined up to ask query about the differences between the ordinary, royal and royal elite and instead of telling me verbally the differences he just pointed what had been pasted on the glass wall.
That is very unethical not customer oriented response I got.

These employees must be taught customer service if they expect customers to patronize their co.
