Ryan: Royal Eagle Bus Lines then, I think they are located in Pasay. Nelbusco is located in Sampaloc AFIK, Try calling Royal Eagle on these numbers – Tel. No.: +63 (02) 833-9074, 832-1006 for their updated bus schedules. There is really no use of posting bus schedules on this site because they can change, and in some cases, they scrap entire destinations altogether. Hope that helps. :)
If I were you, I would try calling up Nelbusco, or the Royal Eagle- upon research, they are the ones heading to Santiago City. As for the bus schedules, they change – and you haven’t exactly included the point of your origin. Some of these buses are coming from different points of Luzon. Victory Liner has trips for Ilagan and Roxas in Isabela from its Manila terminals.
