Are Boracay Shops open during low season (Late September)

stuart whitely : hi Ryan i am still looking for a hotel in imus cavite i am looking for a hotel in imus so i think i will get my girl to look also , if we go to boracay late september it will be low season but will the shops still be open like the D-mall or do they close for the low season

D’Mall is open all the time. It is an open air shop and I have been to Boracay around that period and they are always open. So do not worry about D’Mall.
